Challenge
Mark had other work done in his home’s basement and decided to take the opportunity to get started on a new bathroom.
Solution
Although he wasn’t quite ready to complete the project, Mark hired East End Plumbing to rough in the pipes and drains he’d need for a toilet, sink, and shower.
Our professional planner and estimator helped Mark measure and lay out the bathroom. Then he developed a detailed proposal to outline the cost of installing the plumbing infrastructure. He also helped Mark determine what kind of fixtures he’d like and gave separate pricing to purchase and install them.
Later, our expert plumber came out to do the project. He installed the pipes and drains using the markings laid out on the basement floor. Once they were in, he capped everything to prevent sewer gases from entering the home.
When Mark is ready and the walls are built, East End will come back to add the fixtures to the bathroom.
