Plumbing Case Studies: Grant, MI, Apartment Gets Plumbing Upgrades
Challenge
One of the units in this apartment building needed an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. To make the space more functional, the property owner decided to move the location of the rooms. She had used East End Plumbing in the past and knew she could rely on them to do the job right.
Solution
To get things started, our experienced master plumber met with the customer, listened to her plan, and provided a no-obligation estimate for the upgrades. Our crew came out a couple of weeks later to complete the work.
We started by opening the ceiling below the apartment so we could locate the plumbing lines. Next, the existing fixtures were disconnected, and the old pipes were capped off. Then we moved the water lines and drains to their new locations. Finally, we installed the owner-provided fixtures and got everything working again.
The building owner is happy with the changes and thrilled to be renting the apartment again.
